We are taking names to reserve lots in Phase I.  BY RESERVING A LOT YOU ARE UNDER NO OBLIGATION TO PURCHASE.  This is simply to put your name on a list and we will contact you in the order your name is put on the list. 

When we have the plat finalized (May timeframe), we will contact you.  If you are still interested in purchasing a lot, you can choose the lot to purchase and we will require a $500 deposit to hold it.  After the plat is finalized and curb/utilities are installed, sales of lots can be completed. This process will take approximately 2 months after the plat is finalized.

Please note that there may be delays with plat approval, weather, etc. that could delay the timeframes stated above.  We can make no guarantee as to when each process will be complete.
